Michael C. Hadjinian is a seasoned CEO who has consistently developed high-performance leadership teams. Now semi-retired and in the mentorship phase of his career, he focuses on coaching executives and organizations to achieve their goals through leadership development and cultural transformation.

With over 35 years of experience leading nine organizations as CEO/President, Michael has consistently navigated complex business challenges, often in high-stakes, turnaround situations. His success stems from his ability to swiftly diagnose root causes, frequently identifying "right person, right seat" misalignment as the primary barrier to success. By assembling and developing top-tier leadership teams, he has driven sustainable growth and cultural transformation across multiple organizations.

A strong advocate of Lencioni’s management principles and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework, Michael has firsthand experience in revitalizing company cultures and building cohesive leadership teams. Michael attributes this success to a blend of practical experience and the thoughtful application of enlightened management principles. 


Michael has served on 14 boards, including as Chairman of a publicly traded firm. He has been an integral member of Compensation, Nominating, and Governance committees, helping organizations to build effective boards that align with their strategic vision.

Michael holds a BSEE from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
